This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding - we couldn't believe how much we got for the price we paid. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the rustic charms of the cabin to the modern features. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and offered beautiful outdoor views. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were also delighted by the location, nestled in the forest and close to attractions like the Yankee Candle Flagship store in Deerfield.

All was perfect.

We spent our Christmas holiday in a log cabin up a winding road in a forest. The surroundings were serene and picturesque. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating; they made sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. We enjoyed waking up to the smell of hot coffee, which was always readily available in the kitchen. The homemade food was yummy.

The cabin was not as clean as expected, and we found old food stains on the kitchen counters and fridge. The bed sheets and pillows had an unpleasant scent that made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The drive to this B&B was scenic and delightfully snowy. the common areas were clean, and the fireplace was nice but not very effective. A great feature to consider is the help-yourself coffee machine.

The bed wasn't comfortable and seemed unstable, which made us feel a little nervous to move around. the breakfast wasn't catered to our specific dietary needs even though we mentioned it beforehand.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a delightful surprise. The log cabin setting was serene and truly allowed me to relax and enjoy nature at its finest. The rooms were beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable, with high ceilings that added to the New England spirit of the place. The attention to detail was evident in the amenities provided, such as free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and individual room heating and air conditioning. The location, close to the Yankee Candle Flagship store in Deerfield, was an added bonus for those looking to explore the area. The breakfast served each morning was scrumptious, prepared by the wonderful innkeeper Kathie.
